Execution access

Review & Approval Queues: For agreements in the Review and Approval queues, "Free of Charge" users can perform all the same functions as paid subscribers, except that they can not access or update information on the Initiate Agreement page (e.g. parties, dates, jurisdiction).

Executed Queue: Once an agreement has been executed, "Free of Charge" Party users have seven (7) calendar days to view the agreement, update Executing and/or Clearing Accounts, save the agreement PDF file to their computer, and/or print the Agreement. After 7 calendar days, executed agreements are no longer available to or display in any queue for "Free of Charge" Party users.

Please note: "Free of Charge" users can not initiate new agreements or initiate new versions of existing agreements.
