This session will provide an in-depth understanding of the FIA Uniform Give-Up Agreement for processors and approvers of give-up agreements and anyone who wants a better understanding of the legal side of give-ups. Panelists will discuss how the FIA Uniform Give-Up Agreement is supposed to be used (and how it is not supposed to be used) as well as provide an overview of unique considerations with certain exchanges including LME, SFE, and OSE.
