CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler leads the agency at a critical time in the evolution of the derivatives industry. He was instrumental in shaping  many areas of the Dodd Frank bill and now, working with the SEC and a team of Federal regulators, is responsible for the CFTC's implementation of many areas of the derivatives section of the bill. Change of this magnitude is rarely undertaken by regulators. Chairman Gensler will share his thoughts with Expo delegates on the tasks currently underway and what lies ahead.
