Division Background

FIA Information Technology Division fosters the exchange of knowledge and experience and provides a forum for discussion to benefit division members and other futures industry technology personnel. The division also studies and advocates means by which technological solutions can be used to enhance efficiency in member operations. Members may participate in various committees including: Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Electronic Order Routing, Straight Through Processing, Standards Working Group and the newly created Trading System Outage Resolution and Market Data committees.

FIA IT Division hosts roundtables and Tech Tuesdays in New York and Chicago throughout the year to provide networking opportunities and a platform for discussion of topical issues. Click here to become a member. Division membership expires at the end of each calendar year.
