Nick Ronalds, CFA, is a director, exchange traded derivatives in the Chicago office of UBS Securities. He has visited China frequently. Wang Xue Qin is vice-general economist of the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange. In 2001 he worked at the Chicago Board Options Exchange as a visiting scholar and studied options theory and trading strategy at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has published over 60 articles on futures-related topics.

Julien Le Noble is CEO and Managing Director of Fimat in Japan. Prior to that role, he was Managing Director of Fimat in Singapore after having worked several years in Chicago and London. Mr. Le Noble has been in the financial industry for 12 years, and he is an Executive Committee member of the FIA-Japan Chapter where he chairs the Financial Instrument Committee.
