The Futures Services Division was formed to foster the exchange of knowledge and experience to the members of the FIA in the area of futures services, to promote the interchange of ideas and discussions of problems affecting futures services, as well as to promote a spirit of cooperation and goodwill among futures services personnel. This is accomplished through the various committees such as the Exchange/Clearing Committee, Regulatory Committee, Delivery Committee, and the newly formed Financial Committee.
The Division also sponsors regular dinner meetings in New York, a scholarship program for the children of its members, an annual golf outing, as well as an OpTech conference, which is a one-day conference held in June. The Division membership fee is $50 annually, and is open to all individuals associated with a member firm of the FIA. Click here to join the Futures Services Division. Division membership expires at the end of each calendar year.
