Revised Trader and Customer Versions of the International Uniform Brokerage Execution Services ("Give-Up") Agreements
The L&C Division, in special consultation with the Futures and Options Association ("FOA") and the Managed Funds Association ("MFA"), along with the representatives from several leading law firms, exhanges and FCMs, have revised the Trader and Customer Version of the Give-Up Agreement. These new versions, now dated as of December 2006, will be the standard Agreements to be used in the EGUS system and are now recommended to be used by all parties going forward when establishing a manual copy.
