Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul RESERVATIONS As this peak season in Istanbul, a room block has been set aside for the IFM/FIA Turkish Derivatives Conference. Please note that rooms are limited and only available on a first-come, first-serve basis--they may sell out early! Make sure to confirm all cancellation policies and forfeiture of deposits directly with the hotel when booking your reservation. Single/Double Run of the House: € 281. Above given guest room rates are including 8 % VAT Room category consists of Park and Bosphorus view rooms; the allocation will be done according to hotel availability. Buffet breakfast served daily between 07.00-10.00 am for €30 per person, exclusive of 8% VAT. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is “2:00 p.m.” Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the reception desk once at the Swissotel. Should it be possible to grant a late check-out, a late departure charge may be incurred. Visa requirements for Turkey depends upon the diplomatic agreements between the countries concerned. Entry visas to Turkey can also be obtained at Istanbul Ataturk Airport for some countries. Participants are advised to check visa requirements with the Turkish consulate in their home country or with their travel agency. To avoid any inconvenience, apply for your visa in person and 1 month before you proceed to Turkey. For US, UK and many other international visitors can simply obtain a visa at the Turkish border gates including the Istanbul’s Ataturk International Airport by paying a fee for the stamp.
