Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 4/10/13 and will be subject to a $75 administrative fee, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be made after 4/10/13 however, substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.
