All registrations will be taken in person at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. The registration desk will be located on the 4th floor of the hotel near the escalators.

Registration hours:

Wednesday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 10:30am

Cancellation and Substitution Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 4/10/13 and will be subject to a $75 administrative fee, e-mail droberts@futuresindustry.org. No refunds will be made after 4/10/13 however, substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

We would like to accommodate the special needs of our delegates and therefore ask you to advise us in advance of any special dietary or access requirements. Please email droberts@futuresindustry.org with these requests.

• Registration includes all materials, conference sessions, and meal functions listed on the program (unless specifically noted). Promotional gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
