NEAL L. WOLKOFF

Neal L. Wolkoff is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Wolkoff was appointed to the post in April 2005, after serving as Acting CEO. Previously, he served as chief operating officer of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).
Over more than 20 years at the NYMEX, Mr. Wolkoff served in several senior level officer positions. He was appointed NYMEX executive vice president in 1993 and chief operating officer in 2002. His tenure at NYMEX included responsibility for all major functions of the world's largest energy and precious metals exchange.
Mr. Wolkoff has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a frequent public speaker on market issues and risk management at industry and government seminars.
A member of the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, Mr. Wolkoff's experience as an attorney include: work in corporate law, litigation, and regulation. He received a B.A. from the College of Columbia University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Wolkoff started his career as an Honors Program trial attorney in the Division of Enforcement, Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
