Stacey Briere Gilbert currently heads Susquehanna International Group's Market Intelligence Research effort. SIG's Market Intelligence Research provides market commentary, actionable ideas and trading strategies driven by catalyst events, breaking news, sector "food chain" analysis and noteworthy trading in derivatives. Prior to being appointed head of SIG's Market Intelligence Research effort in 2003, Stacey managed SIG's Education Department from 2000-2003. During this time she was responsible for teaching SIG's Assistant Traders the principles of trading before becoming traders for the firm. This program is widely recognized for its comprehensive curriculum. Some of the topics she was responsible for teaching included option, index and fixed income theory, game theory, decision science, and probability and statistics. In addition to her experience in SIG's Education Department, she worked for SIG on the American Stock Exchange from 1997-2000 as an options and ETF trader. Stacey joined Susquehanna in 1997 and received her B.A. in Mathematics and a minor in Economics from Dartmouth College.
