A new Congress has taken office and the legislative process for the next two years is underway. Dawn Stump, FIA's head of government affairs, will give a brief presentation on changes in the composition of key Congressional committees and the potential legislative issues affecting the derivatives industry, including reauthorizing funding for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to carry out duties under the Commodity Exchange Act.
